1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TradCod platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Platform Rules

Users must provide accurate information during registration and KYC processes. Any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation of goods will result in immediate termination of the account and potential legal action.

3. RFQs and Purchasing

All acceptances of quotations and orders placed on the platform are legally binding. Failure to complete a transaction after accepting a quote or placing an order may result in account suspension.

4. Liability

TradCod acts as a facilitator between buyers and sellers. While we perform quality checks, the ultimate responsibility for the transaction lies with the transacting parties. TradCod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
